Is it just me that thinks A lot of guys profile pic and names dont always make them very appealing,
I get the privacy bit, but come on !
Us ladies need a bit more enticing 😜

When they say they are 52 and you open the picture and they are not only wearing a toupee, but have clearly been in a coma for 15 years and someone forgot to tell them...aaaaaand then you open a different profile p.w and you realise there must be a whole shed of them somewhere, held in suspended animation, like 'Cocoon'!
And I'm sure there are women here lying about their age too. Maybe drivers licence or passport could be in the picture section?

I personally think that short, sweet and to the point profiles are most affective….. i find reading lengthy men profiles can distract one and switch one off!

I find it quite rude, the point of a profile 'about me' and 'ideal partner' is to lay out who and what I am, and I'm starting to find it quite shady when a guy doesnt do the same.. especially after a recent 'event' Ive gone through...
So at least just bloody read it and ask me something about it!!!
The reason it's quite detailed is so a guy has a lot to go on.. the blank profiles are a huge turn off to me personally, I'm much more drawn to energy where someone knows themselves!
Oh, and one of today's reasons was - 'I want to stay vague and I dont like profiles'.. fair enough. But that's not my guy... 'vague' or otherwise! Lol....

Annoying isn't it? You have absolutely nothing to continue the conversation, nothing on the profile, apart from maybe 'I'm good, how about you?'. When a woman has a detailed profile at least comment on something in it to get the conversation really going and ask open questions.

Agree, I've told 2 different guys the same thing today.
Send me a one line message (in fact one message just said 'how's you').. and the profiles had next to nothing on at all.... Less than 2 lines of info on each profile...
Anyone looking at my profile, would know Il ike details, specifics and a bullet point or two.... its quite insulting to think someone would try to engage me with a blank profile and message of 2 or 3 words...???
I do understand guys say they get ignored, ladies dont respond etc etc... and yes that's crap... but give a girl something to go on for gods sake?
If you have no profile and no message - then be prepared for no response!

I don't think this only applies to the men. There are terrible male and female profiles here. If you are not going to put any information on your profile then don't expect to attract any interest or get any responses to your messages.
