I definitely agree that the sunny weather does have an effect on both male and females friskiness. It's the anticipation of knowing that the ladies tend to reveal more of their wonderful shapely bodies, which does tend to drive admiring glances from the the males. Or should I say an appreciation of the female form which is so wonderful . What man in their right mind would not delight in admiring a beautiful woman.

Just logged on, am new to this.
But after several weeks in lockdown, God yes I am more frisky than a dog
on fire, not just on heat.
Need that touch that sparks the passion to come out in me!

I’m frisky 24/7, though when the suns out and skin is left uncovered, it does make the mind go even more stir crazy with erotic desires.

Sunny weather does make most people frisky I think, but I don't think it does to those who have zero sex drive or those who think having sex with their spouse/partner is a criminal offence 😀
