Ice Breakers

What's the best way to break the ice?

Any good conversation starters, or have any of you experienced any unique ones? Prey tell :-)

Now the ladies know what to expect and also know it’s a cut and paste of tried and tested, they’re not going to feel so special on receiving that now are they?! 😂

Once I have met someone I use the following 'experience' to encourage my new friend to interact with me on a more personal level. Delivered properly, this particular 'long stroke' can have an unerringly positive effect, let me share it with you.....

A nice big warm room with a large soft bed. You emerge from a tingling hot shower wrapped only in a towel. I instruct you to lay on your front and I cover you with warm white towels. There may be some music in the background. I then begin to touch you, using warm oil. I won’t be touching you intimately, but I will start from your finger tips and end at your toes. The process will take an hour. This is a long sensual stroke, NOT a massage. Once I get to your toes, carefully bypassing your xxxxx, but getting very close to it, I will turn you over and repeat the process on your front. I will gently oil you from top to bottom, again avoiding your xxxxx but paying excellent attention to your xxxxx and xxxxxx. Once I reach your fingertips the fun can begin.

Polar bears can toss a seal up to 60 foot in the air. Its not very interesting but it breaks the ice!

A first message just saying “Got any piccy’s?” won’t get a welcome response from me!

I wish I knew. I'm getting very discouraged. I always read the profiles well and try to write something pleasant and pertinent - and funny if I can - but almost never get any reply of any description. I mean isn't that just rude? I take the trouble to do this, and get no acknowledgement in return, even though I know the message has been opened. I will always reply to anyone contacting me even if to say no thanks.

I just messaged a lady *once* and she did reply - with "Hi. You are persistent, I'll give you that." WTF? I messaged her ONCE. Maybe it's because I hit her profile a few times as I'd favourited her. When you get an alert saying a fave is online, you click to see who and it opens up the profile! Maybe this causes them to think I'm some kind of crackpot, but that's not the case. Sometimes you need to read the profile a few times. Add the times it opens without know asking and hey!

Wish I knew the answer...

Being honest possibly perhaps others won't perceive you that way? After all the written word is far more complex than the verbal stimulus.

Just a simple ‘hi how are you’ is good enough and make sure you read through people’s profile‘s just to get an idea of what they are about , and definitely no dick pics when swapping passwords, it does spoil things😬
