I agree with Qetesh, keep talking, a request for exclusivity before you have met in a bit much. At least they are not asking for money, which is what I get mostly!

Honesty is the best policy, let them know you are chatting to 1 other and have not yet met the other person. If they like you they will chat more.

Keep in touch with both. Meet both. Then decide.
Chatting and actually meeting are very different. You can feel like each other’s types when chatting but until you meet you just don’t know. Keep your options open.
