I disagree ..you can only carry on talking to someone online for so long without actually meeting as until you have met you are holding back as you don't know who you are talking to. Also meeting up outside isn't really problematic especially when all the shops, pubs,cinemas etc are opening again..meeting up outside for a walk and coffee or whatever is really no risk at all.

I’m not even trying yet. It is nice just to message with people just for the sake of it. It’s not time yet to meet unless being very very careful

Quite a few hotels open in Manchester and have been though out.

I feel very lucky as I can meet on any day including weekend's. The location can be challenging and need to be flexible. Only just joined again and waiting on responses ( so far very promising).
