I guess it depends on your definition of a 'sexy movie scene', is it pornographic or sensual tension? I've always thought the clay wheel scene between Demi Moore and Patrick Swayze on Ghost is simmering with sexual sensuality.

My favourite sexy movie scene has got to be in Mulholland Drive, with Naomi Watts and Laura Harring. The critics all point out that it could be really cringeworthy as it's two women being directed by a male director (David Lynch), but it's very powerful. I haven't tried to reenact it because I'm a man and the scene is about two women!
