If one considers that which it cant be. If in the event it falls into the wrong hands. It could not be very personal, austentatious and uncharacteristic of the receiver. It needs to be something that looks like the possessor bought, not that which was given. In effect, played down to avoid any suspicion. Same old, despite xmas.

Agree with Beretta. Best to concentrate on just staying safe this xmas. Next year's presents can be bigger and better. I'm happy to let this year slide.

Depends on what your IE can get away with at home and also of course what they like to read, to drink, their interests/hobbies, etc, etc ... you know your IE ... we don't.

Personally, have always exchanged gifts at Christmas, birthdays, even for no particular reason ... its whatever works for you.

Am I only one who thinks you should be concentrating on your family during Xmas , not what the ie is or isn’t getting , and yes what each other brings personally , to the other should be enough

An experience day to take next year? I once got my lover sailing lessons which we took in the spring. You can send it via email then if you can’t get to meet before the big day . Not the same but it’s a different year this year
