This is a question that needs a lot of variables to be taken into account.

1) What can you afford
2) What interests do you share or not
3) Your availability etc. etc.

I'm hoping to meet someone with a similar temperament to myself. But the rule book of dating gets torn up during an affair so I'd be more than willing to go outside of my comfort zone to please.

For a first winter date how about these ideas:
1. Indoor bowling (tenpin) followed by a meal
2. If you want to risk it, Ice skating - and a meal, would not recommend alcohol before skating though, just in case
3. Visiting any night time attractions, the lighting (and winter outfits) might make you both anonymous.....knowing you are with your I E adds a bit of spice - or mulled wine as an option

There are lots of Christmas Markets around .Quite romantic and atmospheric. Nadia 747 you made the decision to go to his place , watch porn and accompany your date to a swingers club .At any time you could have departed .At very least it was educational .You set the tone by going along with proceedings .You let us all know in your post that you watch porn and are thinking about going to a swingers club now because you found the experience amazing .Not sure why you are complaining, you liked it .

That's a good idea. If your date turns out to be not to your taste you might get lucky when you need to call out the Fire Service!!!
