Given the vanishingly small dating niche in which I find myself, and given my life experience (so far) of odd and synchronistic happenings, I'll just put it out there. Ideal Partner:

It's funny how guys who turn down women for being overweight/unattractive are called shallow, but when a women does it it's called being selective.

One thing I have learnt is that online affair on IE is great for men and it sucks for women. It seems to be a perfect fit for our consumerist society, where only the best-looking or most valuable packages get taken off the shelf.

The reason why it works so well for them is that women typically outnumber the men in online dating affairs. With an oversupply of women, they can have their pick of the litter as long it doesn't involve money. I have also noticed that some men are here doing most of the put-downs and personal attacks. Some men can only be described as a megalomaniac. If you have to come come out of nowhere and began attacking and hurling insults at me then that is bully and I am not interested in you. The questions on my lips at this point were; What is the problem with these people? Why do they feel so threatened? Why are they so hostile? And why have my innocent, innocuous threads been deleted yet these people are just abusing me for no reason and the moderators are not taking any form of action against them?

I'm definitely not looking for a hookup or one night stand. I'm looking for something more along the lines of a partner in crime or something more where we can see each occasionally. Still married but separated
