Would I say that I'm intelligent? Well, I am college educated, as for my day job: an assortment of roles. I'm recently separated and looking for something that goes wherever it leads me.

I appreciate Pulp Fiction and Deadpool. I don't like Coronation Street. On my current playlists are Justin Bieber and Little Mix but not Bruce Springstein.

I was born in Suva, Fiji, but spent most of my life in Charlotte, USA. I’ve now lived in Canterbury for over ten years, though I don’t have a British accent — a note for the accent purists!

I worked as a Quality Supervisor with Blommer for five years until the company shut down. After that, I moved to Scotland and spent two years as a Food Product Development Scientist at the Oban Chocolate Company. Eventually, I decided to focus on building my own brand and cocoa supply business.

These days, I work with chocolate companies around the world, helping them source the finest cocoa — and I also collaborate with a private geologist as part of my supply chain work.

How do I spend my time?
I adore the beach — feeling the sand beneath my feet and letting the waves wash away the noise of the day.

My interests and lifestyle?
I’m all about life’s simple pleasures: sipping floral-infused teas, exploring natural skincare, and discovering new ways to bring beauty into my daily routine.

My work?
My job takes me to some of the most stunning cocoa-producing regions in South America and Oceania. I also spend part of my time in Reading, where I’ve started a small personal project.

Where I grew up?
I was raised in Suva, and after losing my dad, I moved to Charlotte for school. Later, I came to Canterbury to care for my mum. She’s no longer with me, but this city has truly become home.

My ideal evening or meal out?
A candlelit dinner at a quiet, intimate restaurant, enjoying a beautifully plated meal made with seasonal ingredients — followed, naturally, by a decadent chocolate dessert.
Or a peaceful night in with soft music, a good book, and a glass of wine.

My dream weekend away?
A countryside spa retreat where I can soak in herbal baths, wrap up in a fluffy robe, and sip chamomile tea while watching the sunset.
Or a spontaneous coastal escape — barefoot walks by the sea, a salty breeze through my hair, and a flowing dress to match the moment.

What am I looking for?
