Abso-bloody-lutely!!

I have a list of anecdotes as long as my arm telling of rebuffs I’ve had from Him Indoors. I can’t be bothered now, it happens when the stars align, but I’ve seen comets flying over with more frequency. It’s not nice though, to not be wanted. Having an IE makes all of my life softer around the edges. It’s nice to know there’s someone thinking about me, desires me, and hoping we’ll meet up soon.

Sometimes the language of desire is too difficult to decode in a marriage. Sometimes everyday life dulls the capacity to desire and for desire. Sometimes we need IE to remind us how desirable we are. For me IE simplified and refreshed my desires too easily stagnated in marriage. After 30 years I still desire my wife but she no longer desires me but I will not leave but come IE to reinforce my belief in desire of the lovely women I meet.

We all have a price on... Whether it be your market value for your job or in an IE relationship. To tell yourself there isn't is deceiving oneself

For me it does. However, it is a double edged sword, the IE attention is wonderful, but it does bring to focus the lack of attention at home.

We all deserve to desire and to feel desirable.

Yes I think that if you’re in a marriage/ relationship that makes you feel undesirable or undesired then having even a message from a potential IE makes all the difference and boosts your confidence and how you feel about yourself . And certainly if you have an IE that relationship can and should make you realise you are attractive and desired by others

Maybe that works for you, but the wedding ring has always been a symbol to repel anyone from chatting me up.

Hubby calls it the proverbial dog marking of a tree. He believes a man sees the rings, and determines whether he can afford better or not and if he deems not then he leaves you alone.

Whether that theory is correct or not, who knows!
