@Kris202 stick with it. I’m having a great chat with a 69 year old.

@alexinlimbo I’m going on your age and thought that maybe your wife was going through the menopause and that really can affect sex drives. My first hubby had a very low sex drive, we just weren’t suited at all sexually.

Nothing much changed. Except I was having some great sex at last - no make that sex at last (which was great!).

Tried to come home and lighten things but nothing I did was right even with some helpful suggestions from my lover about 'how a woman works.... All that tells me is that even my lover could not have satisfied my wife's demands and moods...

Yes, 100%, makes home life more tolerable. Lockdown is proving it difficult to get a much needed escape, so currently my husband is not my best friend!!!

Locked down bodies but free minds. Escape the mundane and let your imagination run riot!

I believe that life is too short to live it without experiencing life and feeling life. For many of us, what would the alternative be? would we live a life without the passion and excitement that most of us really crave, or do we constrain ourselves to the popular narrative of making one's bed and laying upon it?

The only other option would be to break up an otherwise happy relationship and destroy that which we love 95% of the time, for the sake of that which we need 5% of the time?

@ Idare2bme. Patience is a virtue , especially here , so is the art of not taking rejection personally . Wish the other well, and move on . Rejection works both ways , regardless of gender, we all face that it is not only us blokes .
