Married - what is at stake?

Marriage - separation, divorce.
Finances - being taken for everything you’ve got
Home - Roof under their head, being homeless potentially.
Kids - being disowned by your children because you are seeing someone behind their parent’s back, the dishonesty etc etc
.
Single -? Anyone care to fill this in?

Personally, hand on heart, I can say any IE I have gets the best of both worlds ... no grief or hassles from me and no worries of a husband finding out ... no, I'm not taken for granted either because they know I have a "real" life of my own too and not always available (yes, you smug marrieds, singles have lives also) but I can be more flexible with my time.

Oh and being married doesn't stop people getting clingy and too attached, believe me ... I speak from experience!

As always it is a case of "each to their own" ... if you don't want a single, fine ... nobody is forcing you!

I am not on the site to judge anyone or their choices for being here on the site.

I’m also not “Single Bashing” either.

But I, personally, will not date a single male from the site.

Why!

Due to a couple of experiences I had last year.

One male didn’t want to go out for a meal or drinks etc.. because he didn’t want his family or friends seeing him with a woman who is “attached”.

The other two, would message me, expecting me to just drop everything, there and then, and meet up with them with very little notice.

These are just my personal experiences and the reasons why I, personally, will not date a single person.

No judgement here.
We are all in IE for different reasons.
We have to understand each other.
You may be single and may want to date married or whatever.
You may be married and may want to date people in the same situation, or you may be happy dating Singles.
We are all different, we need to understand each other and not have a go. We all have different views.
The key is, no matter whether married or single, let's try to bring that spark to our lives.
