Back to normal?
How does everybody feel about meets? With the Oxford vaccine out on Monday I'm feeling pretty confident we'll be back to normalacy by Feb. I can't wait to get dressed up, wine and dine, enjoy the buzz of the city nightlife. Second Roaring Twenties!

It will be a new normal. With more companies realising that working from home is a viable option it will be harder to conduct and affair. Less chance of popping out for an extended lunch or getting home late because of a meeting.
We will have to take up new hobbies that get us out of the house at the weekends so the whole dynamic may change moving from weekday to weekend affairs. Careful with taking up a sport as a hobby, if your body shape does not improve after a few months of 4 hour cycle rides suspicion may well be raised 😂

You do realise life will return back to normal in the UK way before EVERYONE gets vaccinated @fred_baker
As long as the over 80's and the clinically very vulnerable get it first, which they already are - then restrictions will be lifted. I agree with this post, I reckon February is plausible.

If you have a Google on "Covid vaccine calculator" you might find that help is still a mountain away.
According to my details and analysis it said see you all in October, or maybe January 2022.

Having originally thought this would be over by last Easter, I would be grateful if we were over the madness by Easter 2021!🙈
However, I'm not holding my breath 😂, but I would love to be proved to be pessimistic 🙏

A lot of rubbish spread by media , has got a lot of people scared out of their minds , fully agree with you, shewhodareswins. don’t like it but quickest way out is just to follow rules for now , if anyone can work out what they are , a bottle of champagne to the one 😀
