Family tracking apps

My partner has decided to install Life360 on all our phones to track the whereabouts of our school aged children. How do I make sure it doesn’t track me on meet with my IE?

Several options.

Cheap burner phone
Work phone
Simply switch phone to aeroplane mode or ....

Get an app which defeats it - they exist !

Get a burner that only you have access to.

The original poster had said if he had been caught cheating or chatting to other ladies if so it makes sence his partner would want to install the app

ideally just get a cheap burner phone to comm with your IE, keep it safe away from prying eyes.

However if you *must* have your normal number on you ( I am far from wedded to my phone) then still get another phone with which you can swap the sim, leaving the 'tracked' phone at home;

firsr suggestion is my preference.
ideally two phones and just

I would agree with Eliza - there is a line where care turns into controlling. These apps seem to cross it IMO.
