Nobody needs to know your entire medical history, but if it is something that can clearly affect IE proceedings, then it is better to be upfront about it pre-meet. The other party can then have time to process the information.

I once chatted to a lovely person who declared a very relevant condition. It didn’t get him many meets, but it at least led to an open discussion and also great respect for being responsible about things.

If it is a visible physical disability especiallyp, it certainly should be mentioned before an actual (coffee) meet ... not fair to the other person otherwise. No matter how difficult it is to "own up", surely easier in writing than face to face.

I speak from experience as I was once faced with someone in a wheelchair when we met up for coffee ...

I think it is important you are up front with perspective IE. If they are the right one they should be considerate and help in making it as comfortable and enjoyable for you. Depending on where it's is really painful you could try massaging the areas which can help.

I met someone with a heart condition and she was very clear about that and medication etc. never an issue especially if you know in advance

Had to have my hip replaced some years ago it got to the stage I could not spread my legs easily but a understanding lover helped me out cxx

In the grand scheme of things ….it doesn’t matter what health condition you have ….you can only make that decision for yourself…maybe it’s time to bow 🙇‍♀️ out from the sex search…….??

I would say as a woman you won't have any problem finding an understanding partner. As a man however, if I mention my sciatica i'm immediately friend zoned for a younger model :)

I am sorry you have been diagnosed with osteoporosis. I can not imagine what you are going through.
