Why has covid changed things? lock down is over life is not the same but i am. Still wanting the same, but tire of guys that can only talk sex and think seduction is hey babe im in room whatever in hotel whatever , meet me there. A hook up and an affair are not the same thing , i know what i want COVID OR NOT.

This site is both fascinating and frustrating in equal measure.

In my view, irrespective of women (and possibly men) talking about personality trumps looks, too many women are expecting to find Daniel Craig purveying the site. As a Black man, I'm a minority on this site and find, irrespective of personality, that both White and Black women default to white males. 

I know that many have broken their stated age range, and even I've contacted people outside my stated age range. But do I have a type? Yes if I'm honest, and has it changed during the pandemic? No. While its not fixed in stone, the preference is still for cuddly women who live within easy reach with a good personality. 

But in my experience there are still very few women on this site who would choose a Black male as a partner. And that is their preference.

Yes I have had that too!

I have been chatting on the phone with someone recently and it is definitely a better way to establish if you will get along than just messaging

Why waste time? I've done the copious messaging for weeks and weeks, only to meet up and reality hits you smack in the face.
If both parties interested, why not meet asap.
Talking on the phone is just another element of someones personality and it really can filter out those who are serious about an affair and those who aren't.

I think its happened to us all.....
However, once I've met someone and we decide to pursue things, I don't engage with anyone else and keep off the site. Temptation can be too great. Afterall, I can always return ;)
