I know some people are very selective. I have chatted wonderfully with men, then been turned down because
- I am not blond (my profile states not blond)
- As I had my hair up in a photo
... and so on
4 years is a long time to be so unfortunate. It can take a while, some have taken weeks another found me in 4 days... wished he had taken a shorter membership lol

I threw age out of the window and have had some great times with men over 60 and over 70!!
It is the person and personality ... for me. :-)

Does IE make me feel more desirable......defo not.....since joining just over a week ago I have password requests from women who have initiated conversation, to just ignore me afterwards. I know people have preferences about what/ who they like, but to leave you hanging and not even respond at all is pretty poor for me.

It’s strange, when signing up for this site you have to consider the implications and wonder if you are doing something wrong but the comments all seem to suggest the same thing, IE is not so much a case of a sordid affair but rather a repair or a void that needs filling. Seems like this is a common theme between (most) members. If it makes you feel alive again then fantastic.

When someone on IE pays attention to you and flirts with you, I find it gives me a spring in my step (and a raging erection half the time...ngl 🤦‍♂️) which motivates me to get out on that run or get that workout done.

The irony is that feeling good about yourself - because of that persons desire for you - makes you feel more confident about yourself.. and that self-confidence (not to be confused with arrogance) is an attractive quality in and of itself.

In short.. being desired can trigger lifestyle changes that in turn make you more desirable.

I’m actually single. I want someone to desire me but not the drama of a relationship so what better man to have than one that doesn’t want to fully commit to you 😂
It’s lovely being told your attractive and someone would risk what they have to have a meet with you, that makes me feel powerful

Absolutely not as you become aware over time that you are not all things to all women - desirability for me is both mental and physical.....not necessarily in equilibrium...
