What is the expectation of the hotel bill for a date with your IE?
Is the male who pays for it or the ladies usually go Dutch?

I'm sure men do spend a lot on grooming the industry in the UK is around 500m. Significantly less than women's I agree but it is increasing. I'm not saying the grooming is doing me any good though!

People are at liberty to decide who pays between themselves. It's a personal decision, not black and white. I've paid before, and so has the man before. It's like any relationship, even if it is an affair it's still shares similar universal dating etiquette!!!

At a first meeting, I'd expect the gentleman to offer to pay for a meal and hotel too, if it progressed.
But I'm not going to be ridiculously greedy by expecting Michelin stars and a top hotel.
I'd also not drink more wine than is humanely possible to drink.
But I would be manicured, nails painted, hair and light make up and I'd also have something sexy to wear in private.
Do men spend a fortune on grooming and lingerie? Not when I last looked.
But if the relationship was very long term, occasionally I'd pay for a hotel or place to eat, of my choosing. I work, why wouldn't I sometimes treat him. But in return, I'd expect him to dress up for me.
And it had better be good, haha.
