There's a time and a place for long messages but for me it's not within dating sites such as this, well not when you are after NSA fun anyway.

It's better to be straight to the point and upfront, unless of course we are talking dirty then that's a different storry :p more details the better...

I'm fed up of sending a message after careful consideration of location, age etc saying hello, lovely profile etc and it's been read, they are on line, and nothing. Ive given up even trying to contact men. Anyone would think they are gods gift, well they seem to think they are...

After I've considered their location, age, what is written on their profile, what their age preferences are and their availability I then compose a brief message.

What response do I get?

Out of maybe 10 guys I have reached out to:
2 doesn't get read as they're not members

Out of the possible 8 that get read:
1 response to tell me to piss off scamming them
1 response that is interested
The rest... No response. Just a read receipt. Not even a polite no thank you.

So, maybe that's why women don't bother reaching out first 🤷🏻‍♀️

Don’t often receive a first message as the site seems to require the men to make first approach most of the time. Not sure what that says about equality? Surely the one simple rule is make your message personal to the person you’re sending it to?
We all like to think our preferences have been listened to?

I think this is the one that tipped me over the edge and made me start send back very blunt wtaf are you on, crack, messages. He got both barrels. Reginal accent?! Friends in the middle of a lock down.?. Anyway I've copy and pasted his message...
