Apple and pear shapes are really a female thing with a hip to waist ratio ideal of 0.7 ish !?!!?
If a mans waist to height ratio is excessive more than six inches is needed to conpensate please tell me if I'm wong 😏🤣🤣

And we know that the burliest of rugby players have BMIs registering clinically obese. Pure muscle, some of them.

Are we doing apple and pear shapes now? Men and their barrel bods. Possibly indicative but not diagnostic of bedroom prowess 😏

After researching the earlier comments apparently 45% of women are size 16 and therefore well over the recommended BMI.
However it's easy for anyone muscular to be and this should be used with the waist to height ratio. If it's over 0.51 you're overweight you're health is at risk. More so for females and some ethnic groups
