Yups I read average and think meh - but I am sure most of the guys I have met put average on here - but when I have met FAR from average - it is a lot to do with how we perceive ourselves.

Yes (not checked your profile) but I bet you are far from "average".

I think when I am looking I try to to go too much on what people put there and wait until I have seen a photo or met.

It is very hard to describe yourself.....

I don’t think it really matters. It’s just a tick box, people can’t filter based on it. I guess we all have body types we do and don’t find attractive generally. But no matter how we describe ourselves, it’s the photos/meeting that matters.

I wouldn’t be annoyed if someone’s interpretation of average was different to mind when we swapped photos 🤷‍♀️

Average is very subjective. Dress sizes are particularly misleading as these can vary between manufacturers and outlets. Women should feel comfortable in their own skin and not how society indicates through the media.
Can you imagine us men having to have a size! I think it would lead to more mental anguish!!

I have not idea what average is.... to me when I see average I think .. Meh...

Am I average? On my profile I always put curvaceous - have boobs - and am a size 10 - should I in fact put average instead??

I see quite a few men put average and I feel this is when they have no idea what to put, they are not slim, not a gym person, not got a six pack but not overweight so they put average - however when you meet they are far from average.

I mean for me, I am in my 50s the guys are in their 50s - we are not going to be glamour pusses but we are people who look after ourselves. Whilst I can look at younger guys and think they are handsome, and younger women who look stunning, I can also appreciate us middle aged (hate that description) who have aged gracefully, many of us who are told we look younger than we are ... to me I am much much more attracted to I guess the Average Man in his mid to late 50s ....

Also I think many of us would put average as we don't want to appear vain.
