Respecting the need for married/attached folks to be discreet, sure PW protect your identity. However, once contacted, if the other has willingly revealed hopefully honestly how they look, either immediately say "no thanks" or reciprocate fairly? Not to do so is simply a control game.
100 years on the guy still has to cross the dance floor and put himself on the line for acceptance or rejection. Same old sad game!

@Enigma, I have video calls before meeting in person to make sure they're not cat fishing (or in one case, someone who prattles on relentlessly without letting me get a word in).

But I wish I had your guts - I will take a leaf out of your book and remind myself I am allowed to walk away if someone's lied so blatantly.

I get annoyed when they don’t have clear pictures or none at all but want to whatsapp straight away so You can see the. Erm no....you can not have my number after I quick hello .

I'm 69 as stated on my profile. Age doesn't matter. I am very active, row every day and have enormous stamina in the bed room. xx

All part of the game. My own pics are recent and clear with a truthfully stated age. Has got me nowhere but if I value honesty in others it has to start with myself. Sadly many are simply trying to get a foot in the door under false pretences. Zero excuse when 90% have a 12 megapixel camera in their pocket/handbag. If someone is reluctant to show themselves clearly it is a huge red flag in my view.
