We all need to be discreet don’t we, otherwise we wouldn’t be here. So not surprising really that when the first message you get is “pw?”, well that person won’t be getting a response. I completely understand the need for discretion and that every person has a different threshold for when they are comfortable to share. I guess a fussy image early on might give some idea of size, shape or hair colour which could be a go/ no go for some so you share a true picture with less people.
One of the best parts of meeting somebody new is chatting and getting to know them as people and by judging on a picture too early I might miss a true gem. A picture is a snap shot and not doesn’t reflect the true person. Well I’m old, ugly and fat, so I would say that wouldn’t I?! :-)

No excuse for blurry photos especially where virtually every mobile now has a good camera attached.
I personally am looking for an older lady and open to any age as long as i find them physically attractive to begin with. I suppose maybe they feel when dealing with me they need to make themselves looks younger by using older or fuzzy pics.

Let me just say, i personally would rather people just be honest (i know given the site!) and then there is no shocks when we do meet.

Personally i think bad attitude, manners or hygiene is worse than a fuzzy lady.

If photos are to old or out of focus then I’m not interested. . Not got time to waste on men who are to scared to show themselves properly... If your too scared to show photos then your too scared to have an affair.... 🤷🏼‍♀️ This goes for Men and women...

I always request a live picture on Kik too. If they don’t then no date.... 🤷🏼‍♀️

My maxim has always been to post as your main profile photo, one that is no older than 12 months. I can't understand why people post old photos of themselves. This goes for women as will as us men.

I totally agree, why do that? Is it because they are worried that they may not get any attention or hoping that the woman will meet them anyway? Which may not end well! This actually happened to me I viewed his photos and thought he looks a nice chap, lovely smile..., when I met him i was just getting out of my car and I literally screamed out loud!!! He was at least 20 years older than his photos and was very unkempt and stains on his top it was awful!!
